This discussion will provide a solid foundation for subsequent sessions on data ownership topics, including Indigenous data ownership, the academic post-secondary context, standards and protocols, and the open science and open data context. Join us as we embark on our exploration, examination, and discussion of the essential and often complex world of data ownership and intellectual property in today’s research context.
